Most customers will receive their UPS shipments the following week day* as we ship from a network of warehouses across the United States. Products such as desks, file cabinets, etc. that are too large to ship by UPS will ship to you via a local trucking company. Truck Deliveries typically require 1-3 additional days for delivery.

* You can determine if an item will ship by UPS or by a trucking company ("Freight") on each item's detail page. The shipping method is found below the item's description and photos.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses:

  • Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery.
  • Truck shipments are "Curbside" delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside).
  • Inside "White Glove" delivery and/or setup is available in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge.
  • A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for all truck deliveries; therefore, someone must be available during business hours to sign for a truck delivery.
  • Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket BEFORE signing for the shipment. You may also refuse delivery of any damaged items. If you do so, please contact us immediately so we may expedite a replacement for you as we WILL NOT be notified by the freight carrier for any refusals and no replacement will be sent.
  • Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.
  • IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging or they will not be returnable for credit or replacement.

Truck Deliveries to Residential Addresses & Home Offices:

  • Inside "White Glove" delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices.
  • Truck shipments are "Curbside" delivery (the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside).
  • Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled; however, we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery.
  • A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery.
  • Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.
  • Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.
  • IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging or they will not be returnable for credit or replacement.

What is "Tail Gate" Delivery?

The carrier will deliver the item(s) to your address and bring them to the opening of the truck. You will be responsible for unloading, unpacking and any assembly.

What is "Lift Gate" Delivery?

The carrier will deliver the items in a truck with a lift gate and lower the furniture from the opening of the truck to the ground. You will be responsible for moving the furniture from the curb to your office, unpacking and any assembly

What is White Glove (Basic) Delivery & Assembly Service?

Large, fragile or heavier items requiring special handling will deliver via a national furniture delivery service. For an additional charge of 10% (some exceptions, see below), two people will deliver the product to your room of choice. They will bring the items inside but will not unbox or assemble the items. The delivery service should call before the delivery to arrange a day and approximate time of delivery. A signature will be required. Allow up to 3 weeks for transit time from date of shipment.

What is White Glove Premium Delivery & Assembly Service?

Large, fragile or heavier items requiring special handling (simple assembly, stairs, etc.) will deliver via a national furniture delivery service. For an additional charge of 20% (some exceptions, see below), two people will inspect the product prior to delivery, deliver the product to your room of choice, set it in place and remove all packaging materials. The delivery service should call before the delivery to arrange a day and approximate time of delivery. A signature will be required. Allow up to 3 weeks for transit time from date of shipment.

Additional Charges That May Apply:

  • $200 surcharge for zip codes in remote locations (call us for details)
  • $50 surcharge for zip codes beginning with 100 through 104, and 110 through 116 (Areas includes Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and Western Nassau County)
  • $25 charge for each flight of stairs over two flights (12 steps per flight)
  • $100 charge for specific delivery appointment times (4 hour appointment window is standard)
  • $50 charge for refusal prior to delivery
  • Refusals will be charged the normal delivery rate
  • Storage charges after 15 days will be billed at $20 per piece for every 15 days

Assembly Service Information:

  • Delivery and Installation within 3 weeks after receipt of order
  • Upon receipt of product at installer's site, the customer should receive a call within 5 business days to schedule installation
  • Most installers are closed Mondays but are open Tuesday through Saturday for your convenience
  • Wall Mounting is not available nor provided by the installation company
